KeyCodeNavigator for cleaners

Every client's door code, ready when you pull in.

Turnover after turnover, the code you need is the one you can't find. KeyCodeNavigator keeps each client's codes with the home and shows them when you arrive. When a host shares a home with you, it's free, and the code updates on your phone the moment they change it.

Sound familiar?

The code is never where you are.

  • Codes come from a dozen hosts and owners and disappear into old message threads.
  • Some homes have a lockbox, a garage keypad and a supply closet, all with different codes.
  • A host changes the code after a guest complaint and forgets to tell you until you're locked out.
  • New helpers need the code for today's house, not your whole client list.

Save

Every client's codes in one place.

Save each home with its lockbox, garage and supply-closet codes, a note for each, and the host's number. A back cottage or a storage unit with no address of its own works with a pin.

Share

Hosts share homes with you, free.

When a host uses KeyCodeNavigator, they share each home with you and choose its codes. You add it free and never need a plan to receive. It's sealed end to end, and when they change a code, yours updates by itself. With a plan, you can share a home with a helper the same way.

Adding a shared place from an invite: who shared it, the place, how many codes, and Add to my places

Documents

The house notes travel with the home.

Checklists, the house manual and a photo of the linen closet go with the place, encrypted, so you're not hunting for them. Shared photos leave without their location.

Arrive

Arrive and the code is on screen.

With a plan, the app notices you stop at a saved home and puts its codes up, even when it's closed, so you're not scrolling with your arms full of linens. If a code fails, the host is one tap away.

Questions

Common questions from cleaners

Does the host need the app?
No. You can save the codes yourself. If the host uses KeyCodeNavigator, they can share each home with you: free for you to receive, and it updates itself when they change a code.
Do I need a plan to receive homes?
No. Seeing the codes and documents hosts share with you, and getting their changes, is free, always. A plan adds arrival alerts and your own places: $9.99 a month or $119.99 a year after a 14-day free trial.
Does it use my location all day?
Only with a plan or the free trial, and only if you allow it: Always location lets the app notice you arriving while it's closed. Your location stays on your phone and is never sent to us. If you only receive shared homes, it never asks.
