KeyCodeNavigator for contractors & builders
Every jobsite's code, on screen when you pull onto the lot.
Several active jobs means several lockboxes, a development gate or two, a model home and a punch-list house you handed over last month. KeyCodeNavigator keeps each site's codes together, shares them with your subs, and shows them when you arrive, even on a lot with no address yet.

Sound familiar?
The code is never where you are.
- The lot doesn't have an address yet, so the lockbox code lives in a message from the super.
- Subs call from the site for the lockbox code while you are at another job.
- The development gate has a temporary construction code that changes when the HOA takes over.
- You're back for a warranty punch list and the homeowner has changed the code since closing.
Save
Pin the lot, not an address.
Name the job, drop a pin where you park, and add the lockbox, gate, model and alarm codes, each with a note like “gate code changes June 1.” It works before the county assigns a number.

Share
Share one jobsite with a sub.
Pick the electrician and that site's codes, not every site you have. They get a link, never a code, sealed end to end, and add it free. Change the lockbox code and their copy updates; remove them when the job's done.

Documents
Site rules and plans go with the lot.
Attach the site map, the gate's construction hours or a photo of where the lockbox hangs, and choose which subs get them.

Arrive
Pull onto the lot and it's on screen.
Stop at the site and its codes come up, even with the app closed. The super's or owner's number is on the same screen.

Questions
Common questions from contractors & builders
- What happens when the job closes out?
- Delete the site, or keep it with a note for warranty visits. If you shared it, deleting also takes it off the phones you shared it with.
- Can my whole crew share one list?
- Not as a shared account. Each person keeps their own list, and you share a site with whoever needs it today. Receiving is free for them.
