KeyCodeNavigator for facilities & maintenance
Every building's codes, in your pocket, on arrival.
A portfolio of buildings means a portfolio of codes: gates, lobbies, mechanical rooms, roof hatches, key boxes and the master codes behind them. KeyCodeNavigator keeps each site's codes together, shares exactly the right ones with each vendor, and shows them when you get there.

Sound familiar?
The code is never where you are.
- Master codes and tenant codes for the same building are different, and the sheet only lists one.
- The pump house, the utility gate and the roof hatch have no address, so they live on a sticky note.
- A vendor calls from the parking lot for the mechanical room code while you're across town.
- Codes were changed after a contractor left and the change never made it to the sheet.
Save
Every site's codes, labelled.
Gates, lobbies, key boxes and alarm panels, each labelled and noted, with master codes kept apart. A storage yard, a pump house or a utility gate with no address gets a pin and works like any building.

Share
Share a site with a vendor, then pause or remove them.
Pick the vendor and only the codes for today's job. They get a link, never a code, sealed end to end, and add it free. Pause their updates or remove them when it's done, and it comes off their phone.

Documents
Parking maps and access rules, attached.
Attach the parking map, the roof-access rules or the key box location, and choose which vendors get them. They're encrypted like the codes.

Arrive
Arrive and the whole site is on screen.
Stop at a building and its codes come up, even with the app closed, with the building engineer's number on the same screen.

Questions
Common questions from facilities & maintenance
- Is there a team or company account?
- No. Each person keeps their own list on their own phone and shares a site with a teammate or vendor when they need it. Our relay only passes shares along, sealed; it can't read them.
- Can I keep alarm and elevator codes too?
- Yes. Each place holds as many codes as you like, each with its own label and note.
