KeyCodeNavigator for short-term rental hosts

Every rental's codes, shared with your cleaner and kept current.

Two rentals is already too many codes. KeyCodeNavigator keeps each property's lock, lockbox, pool gate and community gate codes together, shares them end to end with your cleaner or handyman, and updates their phone when you change one.

Sound familiar?

The code is never where you are.

  • Each property has a smart lock master code, a backup lockbox, a gate and a Wi-Fi password, and none of it is in one place.
  • You need to get the cleaner or the handyman a code without forwarding a whole guest thread.
  • You change a guest code and the cleaner shows up with the old one.
  • Notes about where the lockbox is hidden live in an old email you can never find.

Share

Share each rental with your cleaner.

Pick the cleaner and the codes they get. They get a link, never a code: it's sealed end to end, and our server only passes it along and can't read it. They add it free, and when you change the lockbox code, their copy updates. Pause or remove anyone at any time.

Questions

Common questions from short-term rental hosts

Does it connect to my smart lock or my PMS?
No. KeyCodeNavigator keeps the codes you already have, organized by place and shown when you arrive. It does not change codes on locks or sync with booking software.
Does my cleaner have to pay?
No. Receiving a shared property is free, always. Your cleaner installs the app, adds it, and sees the codes and documents you chose, kept up to date.
Can I keep the Wi-Fi password and the alarm code too?
Yes. Each property holds as many codes as you like, each with its own label and note.
