KeyCodeNavigator for home health & caregivers
Every patient's lockbox code, private and ready at the door.
Your day is a list of homes, and every one has a lockbox, a gate or an alarm panel. KeyCodeNavigator keeps each patient's codes encrypted on your phone, behind Face ID, and puts them on screen the moment you pull in.

Sound familiar?
The code is never where you are.
- New patients' codes get lost among schedule changes and check-in messages.
- A lockbox on the porch, a gate at the community entrance and an alarm inside, all with different codes.
- You cover for a colleague and need three codes you have never had.
- Patient information shouldn't sit in a notes app that syncs everywhere.
Save
Each patient's codes, with their home.
Lockbox, community gate and alarm, each with a note about which door and where the box is, and the family's number on the card. Everything is encrypted on your phone and opens with Face ID.

Share
Cover a visit in seconds.
A coordinator or colleague can share one patient's home with you, free for you to receive. You get only the codes they chose, sealed end to end, and they update when a code changes.

Documents
Care notes go with the home.
Keep the entry instructions, the parking notes or the home's layout with the place, encrypted like the codes.

Arrive
Codes on screen when you arrive.
Stop at a patient's home and their codes come up, even with the app closed. Codes stay off the lock screen unless you turn that on, and the family's number is one tap away.

Plans and sharing

Questions
Common questions from home health & caregivers
- Does my agency need to set anything up?
- No. You save the codes you're given, on your own phone. If a coordinator uses KeyCodeNavigator too, they can share a patient's home with you, free for you to receive, and it updates itself when a code changes.
- What happens when a patient is discharged?
- Delete the place, and it's gone from your phone. If you shared it, deleting also takes it off the phones you shared it with.
